I have two front row tickets to Hunter Hayes on July 24 in Goshen, Indiana at the Elkhart County Fair. I will sell them for face value. I paid $50 for the two tickets together. You know what I wish?
I love that Hunter’s dreams are coming true. I love watching him reach every milestone he’s ever dreamed of. I would never want to take that away from him.
But from a “fan” standpoint, I wish he was still not very well known. I look at the fandom more and more every day and I realize how cluttered with stupidity it’s getting. I don’t want to turn into the Directioners and the Beliebers.
When Lucy and I created the Hayniacs 2 years ago, we did it to show support for Hunter and to become his friends. Now it’s just turned into this hormone raging, sex-crazed, spazz over everything, “can you get me his autograph and some tickets” ridiculousness.
It just makes me wish that it was still just the small group that we started off with - or that we had more mature, level-headed people. I dunno…
Are there any Hayniacs who are going to the Salem, Virginia show who DON’T HAVE COFFEE HOUSE?
I took my nephew on an adventure today. There were castles and bears and moats and winding roads. And in the midst of it all, there was a motor-mouthed six-year-old tugging at my hand, telling me the stories about how he wished he could see a real castle. He wanted to slay dragons and see the pretty stones. But most of all, he said that he wanted me to be the queen and he wanted my prince charming to be my king.
Little does he know my “prince charming” is miles away from me, where my heart is aching for him, and he doesn’t seem to know…
